VKT – is a solution to control air heaters PROTON VENT VK with air supply. Operation of the control board is fully autonomous, a user only needs to set necessary speed of motor rotation (or switch to its autonomous mode) and set necessary temperature in a room. Work of the panel is based on analysis of temperature setpoint along with temperature sensors mounted inside the room, on the back side of the heat exchanger, outdoor and sending control signals to actuators of an air damper, actuator of a two-way valve and regulation of motor rotation speed. A PI-regulator creates control signals of 0-10 V basing on a controller’s data. Also choice of a working mode is performed (winter/summer). If voltage fails the air damper is closed automatically, the heat exchanger valve stays opened in order to prevent heat exchanger leakage.
